THE KREMLIN CONSPIRACY

With an American president distracted by growing tensions in North Korea and Iran, an ominous new threat is emerging in Moscow. A czar is rising in the Kremlin, a Russian president feverishly consolidating power, silencing his opposition, and plotting a brazen and lightning-fast military strike that could rupture the NATO alliance and bring Washington and Moscow to the brink of nuclear war. But in his blind spot is the former U.S. Secret Service agent, Marcus Ryker, trained to protect but ready to kill to save his country.

Conspiracy is the perfect word for this book. I was taken back to the time that America was afraid of Russia. This brings us into the world of a Russian President who believes he is a czar. He is willing to do anything to bring Mother Russia back as head of all countries. He will stop at nothing. His son-in-law, Oleg, is not for a war against NATO, and believes the only way to stop the war is to stop President Luganov. He then befriends ex-Secret Service Agent Marcus Ryker. The two plan to put the President down. The closer I got to the end of the book, the more I was on the edge of my seat. Riveting is what I call this.
